At Pepper Moon, we take pride in creating quality handmade products.

Due to the handmade and personalise nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

- Replacement

- Repair

- Refund

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees certain protections for consumers.

If a return is approved:

- The item must be returned in original condition

- The item must not be used or damaged after delivery
