Change of Mind

​Due to the handmade and personalise nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

​If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:
 - Replacement
 - Repair
 - Refund

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees certain protections for consumers.

If a return is approved:
 - The item must be returned in original condition
 - The item must not be used or damaged after delivery
